Ezra Clark

The name, OPTEAMUS is  based on the principle that: Creating Optimal outcomes for Teams and organizations requires Uniting the Strengths of capable individuals with purpose. OP-TEAM-US.   The intension, ultimately, is to help companies achieve optimal results by invigorating their teams with capable talent they can trust to succeed.   OPTEAMUS becomes a trusted ally for clients and candidates by connecting the right people and organizations  through mutually rewarding opportunities.

We work with a few, select companies at any given time, so that we can focus our efforts  on their talent needs and present qualified, interview-worthy, candidates.  Due to the additional attention dedicated to sourcing, vetting, and matching candidates with the right employers, these candidates often excel in their roles and demonstrate long-term commitment.  As a result, more than 90% of placed candidates remain with their employers well beyond today's average 2 to 3 year average tenure, achieving growth and promotions along the way.

Lead Recruiter and Relationship Builder at OPTEAMUS.

​

For 20 plus years, I gained practical knowledge and experience working in Sales, Training & Development and Social Entrepreneurialism.   The common thread to all of them being to connect people and organizations with opportunity.  Originally from Montreal, I moved to Toronto in my mid-20s, excited about the prospect of encountering new challenges and experiences.

​

My career in recruitment began in early 2014 when I joined a Toronto-based bilingual agency that successfully recruited for a range of industry sectors.  My 7 years with an agency allowed me to hone my skills in Account Management and Recruitment, cultivating authentic and rewarding relationships with clients and candidates alike.

With exposure to a wide spectrum of industries, companies and searches, I developed a passion for technical recruitment, working with clients in the engineering, chemical, medical and manufacturing sectors. I enjoy the challenge of filling technical positions with candidates that meet my clients' definition of "top talent".  I am fascinated  by the positive impact that organizations have on industry and society, through the application of their products and services.
